actually the sizes are reffering to the shortest and longest positions on the horizontal drop outs, i work for Norco and the 250 is not 24" specific.

hey man i sure hope ur planning on chopping the seatpost, that will smoke your seatstay, your post cannot hang any farther than the seat tube with those frames. and you can also move the front axle lever farther back, if u try to move it clockwise it will click with some force, dont worry its meant to be hard so it doesnt happen the trails.
